Join North East Seattle Together (NEST) and Seattle University graduate students at a “Fireside Chat” aimed at combating ageism and facilitating the transfer of wisdom between generations. This is a monthly forum for NEST members and the wider inter-generational community to share reflections on life that can only be gained with the passage of time with engaged and interested people from the broader community. February’s topic is Moments in History, including WWII, the space race, 9/11, and the invention of smart phones, and how these events impacted you and shaped the world.
